Just return to GoFarUSA’s homepage and click on “Become a Member” to begin the process.   What do I get with my registration? You get GoFarUSA’s complete service package. You personal and scholastic information will be entered in our database which college officials use to recruit and contact prospects. In turn, you will also be able to search for your “best fit” college by entering pertinent criteria and then contact specific college coaches, directors, and/or department heads along with the admissions office if you like. All of this, along with the ability to upload three video clips to show your talents.   Will You Sell My Information? We are very serious when it comes to the Privacy of our members and all of your information will remain 100% confidential.       Uploading Content   Why Should I Upload My Videos? College coaches, music directors, and fine arts department heads have requested a venue in which they could view perspective students’ game highlights, skill drills, auditions, performances and portfolios.   How Do I Upload Content? If you are filling out your profile for the first time or returning to add a new video or audio file, click to the Video Upload page: Type in a name for your video or audio file Select the sport or activity associated with the video or audio file Click the Browse button search for the file on your computer Click Upload to upload the file to your profile   How Many Files Can I Upload? Up to three video or audio files that do not exceed 5 MB each.   How Long Should the Files Be? We recommend you limit the length of your videos or audio files to 2 minutes or less. You want to highlight your skills quickly for coaches and activity directors who are looking at information from many students.   What Format Should My Files Be In? We recommend you use a standard video file format such as .WMV or .AVI, at a 320x240 size at 30 frames per second. Audio files should be in a standard compressed file format such as .mpg, .wav files are not recommended due to their very large file size.   What Can I Delete? You can delete any files that you have uploaded by clicking the Delete hyperlink next to the file. You can then upload a new file in its place.       Technical Support   When I Click To Play A Video, The Page Just Refreshes. What Should I Do? You may need to clear your cache. For you Intel Mac users, we currently do not have a solution for the WMV clips. Flip4mac is currently working on a WMV component that will work with the Intel Macs.   I Have An Older Mac. What Should I Do? There are two things you can do. First try installing flip4mac; Second, check this page from Apple Info   The Video Begins Playing, But Then Stops Part Way Through. What Do I Do? Your connection speed might not be fast enough. Just give it a little while to download the movie. It will continue automatically or you can just press play.   My Screen Is Black (Or Green) But I Can Hear The Audio. How Do I Fix This? You may need to change your Video Acceleration   The Video Is Blank Or Only Shows The Opening Screen, But I Can Hear The Audio. What Happened? Send us the title of the content and who posted it. We‘ll look into it!   The Video Is Playing But I Can‘t Hear The Sound. What Should I Do? First, make sure your speakers or headphones are plugged in. Then check your audio settings. If that doesn‘t work, Send us the title of the content and who posted it.   I‘ve Tried Everything Else, But Nothing Seems To Work. What Can I Do?
