In turn, students may conduct their own searches for colleges/universities that meet their needs. |

| GoFarUSA was founded in 2003 by a group of teachers and coaches who together have over 200 years of educational experience. GoFarUSA was created to help those students who participate in a sport or activity that most colleges typically don't spend a lot of time or resources in recruiting. We at GoFarUSA felt that we could help both the student and college find each other with a convenient and cost effective service. By empowering the student with the ability to search colleges that match their needs and by giving the colleges the means to quickly identify those students that would fill their requirements, GoFarUSA hopes to help students and colleges find each other quickly and affordably.
We at GoFarUSA are committed to bringing this service to as many students and colleges as quickly as possible. Our research has found students and colleges are missing each other in the recruiting game at a surprising rate. When students find colleges that match their needs and expectations they will have a better college experience and have a greater chance of success. When colleges find students who match their needs the college has a more satisfied student and saves time and money that could be better utilized elsewhere.
